Path Finder Lesson

Do Not Boast

God does not want us to try to get attention or rewards from people for the good things we do. He is not pleased when we brag or boast about how great we are. When we do things just to get attention we are doing them for the wrong reason. God knows our thoughts and the work we have done. He is the One who will reward us.

Path Connection Prayer

Lord Jesus,

Sometimes I do things just so others will brag about me. Please forgive me and help me to do Your work quietly without wanting praise or reward
