Honor God's Name

 

God is Holy! He is our Glorious God, full of mercy and His Great Love for us. He is ALL Powerful, Knows everything, and is Always Present with us. He expects us to treat Him and His existence around and in us with great respect. When we love Jesus as much as He loves us, we should be very careful not to do and say things that dishonor or hurt Him. Being careless of how we use the names of God could lead others to do the same. God will do whatever He has to do to see that we learn to honor Him. Watching how we use the Lord's Name will help us teach others to do what is right.

 

Path Connection Prayer

Heavenly Father,

I do not want to bring dishonor to Your Name. I understand it is important for others that I am careful to do and say what You say is right. Sow me and remind me daily how I can bring Honor to You.

I want to honor You Jesus my Lord!
