Day Teacher
Jesus taught from
the Old Testament scriptures when He went to the synagogues,
or the churches for the Jews, on their Sabbath day. He wanted
them to know all that God had said to them in His Word. He wants
us to know all that God says to us too! Jesus was a Sabbath day
Teacher in Bible times. He is our Sabbath day Teacher when we
study the Bible in our churches on Sundays. We can learn, what
God says in His Word, at Sunday School and Kid's Church on Sunday.

Father God,
You have given us
Your Word, the Bible, so we can know You. Thank You for sending
Jesus, our Sabbath day Teacher, to help us learn about Your Great
Love.
