Greet new members and introduce them to
the class and the Critters.
Open the class with a prayer.
- Read the Bible Verse for the day!
-
- The Bible Says:
- ..."The earth belongs to the Lord. And
so does everything in it."
- 1 Corinthians 10:26
-
- Objective:
- Teach the children that God owns everything.
He has asked us to take care of all of His creation. Love God
first, people next and then take care of the animals and the
earth.
-
-
- (Speak with the children)
- God made the earth. It belongs to Him. He
does not create all the pollution and the trash that we see.
He wants to use you to help keep His earth clean and healthy
for all of His creation to enjoy. If you do your part of the
work, and others do theirs, the earth He gave us to live in will
stay healthy and beautiful.
-
- (Teach the children)
- God has told us to care for the earth. We
must always love God first, people next, and then do what is
right to care for the animals and the earth. God gave the earth
and everything in it to us to care for and enjoy. God says to
encourage others to do what is right!

- (Let the Critters help teach the lesson)
Who Owns the Land part 1
The wonderful fall weather has been
hard on the Kid Cave Forest. Visitors and campers have come to
enjoy what God has created in nature. Some of them left a terrible
mess. Liam Leapfrog has called a special meeting at the Kid Cave.
It is time to begin the work of cleaning up the forest before
winter comes. The forest is special to the Kid Cave Critters.
It is their home. They are thankful to God and are excited to
help tidy it up!
- (closing)
Repeat today's Bible verse.
- Winter will be more fun and beautiful this
year because the Critters will work hard to clean up the forest.
We should always clean up our own messes. Some people have not
learned that lesson. God wants us to help when we can. Let's
take good care of what belongs to God.
Worship God with music.
