Hiding
behind a Lily Pad
You can't keep secrets
from God! He knows everything and will make secrets known to
others. When you do something that is wrong, God will cause others
to find out about it. Trying to hide will only get you into bigger
trouble. When you are tempted to do wrong, ask Jesus to help
you make the choice to do what is right. Then there will be no
need to hide!
When we think about
doing something we do not want others to know about, we can ask
God to help us choose not to do it! God's Word says He has already
made a way to help us do good. He lets us choose between what
is right and what is wrong. God is always watching us. He knows
everything we do. We can enjoy God's company when we choose to
do what is right.
