" For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing
concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. "
Luke 8:17

Hiding behind a Lily Pad

You can't keep secrets from God! He knows everything and will make secrets known to others. When you sin, God knows about it and will reveal it to others. Trying to hide will only get you into bigger trouble. When you are tempted sin ask Jesus to help you choose to do the right thing. Then you will not feel like you need to hide from anyone, especially God!

When we think about doing something we do not want others to know about, we can ask God to help us choose not to do it! We can get a powerful strength and desire to do good in the sight of God, just by asking for His help. God's Word says He has already made a way to help us do what is right. He lets us choose between right and wrong. God is always watching and He cares about every decision we make. We can choose to honor God and do what we think Jesus would do. He is our role model. We can enjoy God's company when we choose to do what is right.

Liam Leapfrog thought he could hide from his friends, but look how easily Joshua Jackrabbit found him. Joshua did not know Liam was hiding behind the Lily pad, but he hooked it and found him anyway. Joshua is a good friend. He will help Liam to stay on God's path. Liam will have no reason to hide.

The choice is up to us. If we choose to agree with God about what is right and what is wrong, we will have no need to hide. God truths are for our protection and well being. God is everywhere, all the time. He is All Knowing, All Powerful and Ever Present with us. We cannot hide from God!
